Wedding & Special Events
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. To insure availability, the more time prior, the better.
For the Storybook and Magical Packages, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit .
For all other packages, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
These deposits are applied toward your total and will guarantee your day. Half of the remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your order.
Portrait Party Requirements
$50 refundable deposit due upon booking the party. Ask for payment details. (Refunded the day of your party)
Minimum 3 guests, and 4 time slots filled (including your own)
Maximum 9 guests.
Moving Memory Montage DVD
A non-refundable deposit of ½ the total order amount is required when you turn in your photos / digital images.
Remaining balance
due upon delivery of the DVD.
Your Moving Memory Montage order includes 1 original disc and two copies of your show(s).

Montage DVD shows to be viewed at Wedding or other Special Event
must have all images
submitted to us

Memorial DVDs for loved ones wishing to pay tribute to thier departed may be available for rush delivery, and discounts
may apply. Please call for details.
Have your own scanner? You are welcome to scan your own pictures, and provide us with a CD or DVD populated with
the, now digital, images. Sorry, we cannot accept photos scanned on a MAC or other Apple product, at this time. Images
must be scanned
on a PC, or simply take your pictures
to a local pharmacy or 1-hour photo and let them handle the scanning.
Cancellations
Picture Perfect Profiles requires a 48 hour notification for all Portrait Party and Portrait Session cancellations.
All other events (Weddings, Corporate Functions, etc) require 72 hour notification of cancellation.
If notification is not obtained before this time, all deposits become non-refundable.
